Lecture Rooms
The Lecture Rooms are ideal for smaller meetings, each seating up to 80-100 delegates theatre style and 80 cabaret style.
All three rooms have the benefit of natural daylight and Lecture Rooms 1 and 2 offer the extra flexibility of interconnecting doors which can be used to create a suite of rooms ideal for a breakout area and refreshments or even a small exhibition.

Catering
We appreciate that the standard of catering and service is a vital part of your day. We aim to provide a seamless service, glorious food and delicious beverages. Our Day Delegate package includes catering, with a choice of a finger or fork buffet for lunch. The lunch menus can be viewed on our catering page.
If however if you are looking for something specific or themed for your event, our chefs would be delighted to work with you. Please speak to the Conference Team for more information.
Technical Information
The Lecture Rooms includes a standard audio visual package, which includes basic sound, lighting and projection. The room also benefits from:
- FREE 1Mpbs Wi-Fi, scalable up to 20Mbps with hard wired options available for additional charge
- Portable induction loop available on request
- A large amount of 13A floor sockets/wall sockets
- Ceiling Mounted Projector – Size 6′ x 6′
