Wi-Fi

The Conference CloudWith technology at the heart of most events, Heritage Motor Centre, prides itself on its IT infrastructure. All events benefit from free WiFi as standard, at a reliable 1Mbps connectivity, which is ideal for most conferences & events.

For those events requiring faster connectivity, the Heritage Motor Centre offers a industry leading Cisco wireless system that is scalable up to speeds of 20Mbps, with hard-wired internet connection options available at a small additional cost. Speak to our conference team to discuss your requirements.

Business Services

Business Support Services

Business services are available for all event organisers and day delegates from the Conference Reception, 7am until 6pm.

These services include: Use of a PC in our business service area, Wi-Fi with up to 20Mbps internet connectivity, photocopying and fax facilities (charges apply) plus limited temporary storage for personal items.

AV and technical support

We always aim to be there to support you on your event day and have a team of engineers on site to help solve any unforeseen technical issues that may arise.

All of our meeting rooms are fitted with plasma screens or LCD projectors. However if you are likely to require dedicated event support services such as additional AV equipment, set and stage design, event production services or specialist lighting then we would strongly recommend that you contact Showman UK. Showman are our preferred AV provider, they know the venue intimately and have been providing our clients with excellent service for many years now.

Access & Lift Equipment

Ideal for large event set ups, with the following equipment and trained operators available for hire.

  • Counter balance Fork Lift Truck with 2.5 tonnes lifting capacity and driver (price on application).
  • Nifty Lift Access platform (12m lift height) & driver (price on application).

Corporate Branding

Corporate Branding
Around our 65 acre site are a number of prime spots ideal for corporate branding. These include: 8 traditional flag poles, 8 banner flag poles, a large vinyl banner site at the front of the museum (1m x 5m) and 6 small vinyl banner sites (1m x 3m) all of which can be used to brand your event.

Personalised CAD & DWG drawings

For larger meetings and events we are able to provide full drawings to assist your production crews and enable you to visualise your event layout. These will give details of rigging points, power points, access doors etc. If you require this service please discuss it with your account manager.
