We appreciate that the standard of catering and service is a vital part of your day. We aim to provide a seamless service, glorious food and delicious beverages, be it a conference buffet for 20, an exclusive drinks reception in the Museum, a dinner for 500 or event catering for 5000.
Our in-house catering team guided by Head Chef, Paul, freshly prepares all our food on a daily basis, using seasonal ingredients which are locally sourced wherever possible. Pam’s homemade cakes for afternoon tea, are not to be missed.
Our Day Delegate package includes catering, with a choice of a finger or fork buffet for lunch, these lunch menus can be viewed below.
Careful attention is taken to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for, be it vegetarian, halal or simple requests like ‘I don’t like garlic!’
