We quote all our rates on a personal, event by event basis, this allows us to be as flexible as possible and take into consideration all your requirements so that there are no hidden extras.
Please discuss your event requirements with our conference team who will then be happy to quote you a tailored price for your event.
The Day Delegate Package includes

- Meeting room hire between 8.00am – 6.00pm
- Standard audio-visual equipment including data projector, PA system, lead microphones and flip chart
- FREE 1Mpbs Wi-Fi, scalable up to 20Mbps with hard wired options available for additional charge
- FREE use of the Business Services Centre including photocopying, faxing, printing and PC access
- FREE entry into the museum
- In-house technical support from dedicated engineers
